Effective Date: 12 October 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Aastha Institute website, enquiry facilities, education consultancy, admission guidance, counselling and related support services. By using the website or requesting a service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Important: Aastha Institute is an education consultancy and guidance platform. We do not directly award university degrees or control university examinations, results, recognition, entitlement or academic decisions.
1. Acceptance and Scope
These Terms apply to aasthaedu.com and to services requested through the website, phone, WhatsApp, email or in-person counselling. Additional written conditions may apply to a particular service, programme or payment.
2. Role of Aastha Institute
Aastha Institute provides education counselling, admission guidance, course-option assistance, documentation guidance, career counselling and academic support services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Aastha Institute is not a university, statutory regulator, examining body or degree-awarding institution.
3. Programme, University and Recognition Information
Information about programmes, universities, eligibility, fees, study mode, recognition, entitlement, admission sessions and examination arrangements may change. Students should verify current and official information with the concerned university or institution and, where applicable, the relevant regulatory authority before taking admission or making payment.
4. Eligibility and Admission
Final eligibility and admission decisions are made by the concerned university or institution according to its rules. Guidance from Aastha Institute does not amount to final confirmation of admission, equivalence, migration, credit transfer or eligibility.
5. University and Institution Responsibilities
The concerned university or institution is responsible for curriculum, teaching, examination schedules, results, academic calendars, student portals, degree or certificate issuance, scholarships, placement policies and other institutional matters.
6. Fees and Payments
Before making a payment, users should verify the payment beneficiary, purpose, amount and applicable receipt. University or institutional fees are governed by the rules of the concerned institution. Any consultancy, guidance, documentation, research or other service fee charged by Aastha Institute is governed by the scope and terms communicated for that service.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the payment and the applicable terms of the receiving entity. University or institutional fees are subject to the concerned institution's refund policy. Where an Aastha Institute payment is covered by our own policy, the applicable conditions are stated in our Refund Policy.
8. User Information and Documents
Users are responsible for providing accurate, complete and genuine information and documents, including academic records, identity documents, contact details and other required information. We may decline to continue a service where submitted information appears misleading, altered, fraudulent or materially incomplete.
9. Communication Consent
By submitting an enquiry or providing contact details, you authorise Aastha Institute to contact you regarding your enquiry, counselling, admission guidance or requested service through telephone, WhatsApp, SMS, email or other reasonable communication channels.
10. Privacy and Personal Data
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Users should not share banking passwords, OTPs, PINs or other credentials that are not required for the requested education service.
11. Academic and Research Support
Research guidance, proofreading, editing, formatting, similarity guidance, methodology assistance and related academic services are intended to support legitimate academic work. The student or scholar remains responsible for originality, authorship, research integrity, underlying data and final submission.
